SECOND SKIN/TEGADERM
Tegaderm is a breathable, waterproof dressing commonly used for post-tattoo care. To use clean the tattoo and cover with Tegaderm, and smooth out air bubbles. Keep it on for 3-5 days, then gently peel off. Tegaderm protects the tattoo from bacteria and dirt, keeps it moist to promote healing, and reduces scarring for smoother skin. It's essential to keep the area clean and avoid stretching the Tegaderm for optimal results. By following proper care, Tegaderm can help your tattoo heal efficiently and look its best.
MOISTURIZER/TATTOO OINTMENT
Apply a thin layer of tattoo ointment/ moisturizer 1-2 times a day to promote healing, reduce scarring, and keep the tattoo hydrated. Tattoo ointment helps lock in moisture, reduce itching, and keep the tattoo vibrant. Wash your hands, gently clean the tattoo, and apply a thin layer. Avoid over-applying and stop using once healed (usually 2-3 weeks).
CLEANLINESS
Keep your new tattoo clean by washing your hands, gently cleaning the tattoo with soap and water 2-3 times a day, and patting dry. Avoid soaking, touching, or exposing to dirt.
Washing your tattoo regularly helps prevent infection and promotes healing. Use fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water. Avoid harsh products and rough cloths. Keep it clean, dry, and moisturized for best results or put second skin for best result.
